1. Application & Allotment

Submission of an online form or payment does not guarantee plot allotment.
Plot allotment is subject to availability, verification of documents, and approval by the developer/authorized authority.
The developer reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

2. Online Payments & Payment Gateway

Payments made through the website are processed via a secure third-party payment gateway.
The company shall not be responsible for any payment failures, technical issues, delays, or unauthorized transactions arising from the payment gateway provider.
Users are advised to ensure correct payment details while making transactions. Any errors shall be the sole responsibility of the user.

3. Booking Amount

The registration/booking amount paid online is meant to express interest and initiate the allotment process.
The booking amount may be adjusted against the total plot consideration upon successful allotment.

4. Refund & Cancellation

In case allotment is not confirmed, the amount paid shall be refunded within 30 days from the allotment date to the same bank account used for payment.
There will be 100% refund with no deductions if allotment is not confirmed.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the official support email mentioned on the website.

5. Payment Schedule

All further payments must be made as per the agreed payment plan communicated by the company.
Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in cancellation of the application/allotment.

6. Taxes & Charges

All applicable taxes, stamp duty, registration charges, government fees, and other statutory levies shall be borne by the applicant, unless stated otherwise.

7. Project Information

All images, layouts, amenities, and specifications displayed on the website are for representational purposes only and are subject to change as per statutory or site requirements.
The company does not guarantee any appreciation, return, or future value of the plots.

8. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising due to delays, changes, or events beyond its control, including force majeure conditions.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

By submitting personal details, the applicant agrees to the use of information as per the Privacy Policy of the website.
User data will be used solely for communication and processing related to the project.

10. Amendments

This site reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Revised terms shall be effective immediately upon publication on the website.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan.
