Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to booking cancellations and refunds for plots at Green Hills, located at Triveni Dham, Shahpura, Rajasthan. By booking a plot or submitting any payment, the applicant agrees to the terms stated below.

1. Booking Amount

• The booking/registration amount paid at the time of application is meant to reserve a plot.
• The booking amount is refundable.

2. Refund Processing

• Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 45–60 working days from the date of receipt of a valid written cancellation request.
• Refunds will be made through the same mode of payment used during booking or as decided by the company.
• No interest shall be payable on any refunded amount.

3. Disputes

Any disputes arising out of or related to this application or its terms shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussion between the parties.
